Our backyard is the beach! The condo is a southeast corner unit on the ground floor. Once inside, everything is on one level. It features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king-size mattress and an en-suite bath, while the secondary bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin trundle. A desk in the primary bedroom is perfect for teleworking. The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed. Enjoy a private deck for sipping coffee, wine, or reading a good book. Watch dolphins right from the deck! Or search for sharks' teeth and seashells while walking along the shoreline. When you return, rinse your feet in the conveniently located shower on the boardwalk. There are standard and Keurig coffee pots, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.
Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.
OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.
Pets - One dog is permitted, and a non-refundable pet fee applies. Additionally, guests must sign a pet addendum to the lease.
Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.
Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.
Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit.
Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
