The Beachcomber II condo is situated in the heart of Jax Beach and features a private gated pool! It is conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shops, which can be easily reached on foot. The condo has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. The breakfast table and island offer plenty of seating. There are two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, and two bathrooms, one with a soaker tub and the other with a full bath. However, it's important to note that the tub does not have working jets. The condo also offers high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, teleworking, and distance learning. There are smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom. The condo is located on the third floor, but there is no elevator available. There is a side balcony with a view of the ocean, and some chairs are provided for relaxation. Additionally, there is a beautiful oceanfront park right next to the building. The beach, pool, and a variety of local restaurants are just a short walk away.

Jacksonville Beach offers many attractions, such as museums, a golf club, and a fishing pier. Moreover, there are weekly events, including several music festivals. Stay in the heart of Jax Beach and experience it all!

Please keep in mind the following information regarding your stay with Coastal Wave Properties:

• We only allow guests who are 27 years old or older. Mixed family groups are okay.
• We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance, especially during hurricane season, to ensure your protection during your stay.
• Before your arrival, you must sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties, all guests and their ages must be listed on the agreement.
• We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you'll receive all communication related to your booking through this system.
• If you plan on bringing a small or medium-sized dog, please note that there is a non-refundable pet fee, and you'll need to sign a pet addendum.
• We use email communication for lease signing and guest instructions, so please make sure you provide an email address that you can access regularly. We may also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication, so please provide a mobile phone number that you'll have with you during your stay.
• Guest instructions are sent via email a week before arrival so long as your balance is paid and the rental agreement is signed.
• Damage Protection is included with this rental. However, guests are responsible for charges exceeding the policy.
• There is a $200 credit card hold for the security deposit. There are no transactions if there are no damages and you will be notified should this occur. The hold is released 5 days after your departure.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
