201 Ketch Courtyard - Oceanfront Condo with Breathtaking Views! Newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Ketch Courtyard offers all the comforts of home at the beach. Enjoy an oceanfront balcony, gated pool, and private boardwalk. Wake up in the main bedroom after a restful night's sleep in our comfortable king-sized bed and enjoy the sun glistening on the Atlantic Ocean. Sip coffee on the private balcony and soak in the sea breezes. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there's a guest bathroom in the hall, perfect for family or friends.

While preparing a meal in our fully equipped kitchen, with standard and Keurig coffee makers, keep an eye out for a dolphin. The dining table seats four, and the bar has three stools for casual dining. Don't feel like cooking? Cross the street to enjoy a drink or meal at the Surf or explore one of the area's highly-rated restaurants. Stay connected with free high-speed internet and make use of the washer and dryer for added convenience. It’s also an ideal spot for teleworking or virtual schooling. We provide two beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella.

Rental Agreement - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges are incurred; otherwise, the hold will be released 7 days after you leave.

Parking - There is one parking space, which is strictly enforced during busy times of the year. Oversized vehicles will not fit. There are several overnight lots on the island.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Premium rates are applied during holidays, Spring Break, the car show, Florida Georgia weekend and the summer months have a Saturday to Saturday weekly minimum.
