Wake up in the Main bedroom after a wonderful night's sleep in our comfortable King and enjoy the sun glistening on the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony and soak up the sea breezes. The Main bedroom includes an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, and a guest bath is in the hall. Perfect for family or friends.
Look for a dolphin as you prepare a meal in our fully-equipped kitchen, including standard and Keurig coffee pots. The dining table has seating for four, and the bar has three barstools for casual dining. Don't feel like cooking? Cross the street for a drink or meal at the Surf or head out to one of the area's highly-rated restaurants. Enjoy free high-speed internet and a washer and dryer, providing all the conveniences for an amazing vacation. It is also the perfect spot to telework or attend virtual school. We supply two beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella.

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges.

Parking - There is one parking space, which is strictly enforced during busy times of the year. Oversized vehicles will not fit.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address and mobile number that you will have access to and that you can check regularly.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Premium rates are applied during holidays, Spring Break, the car show, Florida Georgia weekend and the summer months have a Saturday to Saturday weekly minimum.
