Come into our spacious great room and enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Relax by one of our two oceanfront pools or take advantage of private beach access just a few steps away. We provide linens, beach towels, and chairs for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing day on the beach or by the pool.
The Main bedroom, located on the fifth floor of building 3, offers stunning ocean views, a plush King-sized bed, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom featuring gorgeous finishes. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a private full bath, also newly renovated with stylish decor. A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap is provided for your convenience.
Luxury abounds in our fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a large pantry, and ample storage space, which is ideal for preparing delicious meals. Each room is equipped with SMART TVs, and free high-speed internet is available to meet your streaming, teleworking, and distance learning needs.
Explore Amelia Island's vibrant offerings, from its pristine beaches to its top-rated restaurants and eclectic shops. Embark on outdoor adventures such as golfing, kayaking, tennis, or horseback riding on the beach. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties, ensuring a seamless stay. Damage protection is included, and guests have the option to pay via personal check to avoid non-cash transaction fees.

NOTES:
There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit. No campers, trailers, RVs or boats.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.
Damage protection is included with this rental, but guests are responsible for damages that exceed the policy.
There is a $300 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges, and it is released 10 days after you depart.
We use email for signing our lease and sending guest instructions. Please make sure to provide an email address that you can regularly access. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication as needed. Please provide a mobile phone number you will have during your stay.
We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase travel insurance.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Premiums for holidays, Concours d'Elegance, and FL/GA weekend. The summer months are weekly rentals.About the Owner
