The main bedroom offers stunning ocean views, a plush king-sized bed, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with elegant finishes. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a private full bath, also recently renovated with stylish decor. A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap is provided for your convenience. Luxury is evident in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances, a large pantry, and ample storage space, perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. Each room comes with SMART TVs, and free high-speed internet is available to support streaming, teleworking, and remote learning.

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.
Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.
OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.
Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.
Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.
Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit.
Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
