Oceanfront, First Floor Condo, for the Perfect Getaway! Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, this is an ideal spot for escaping, teleworking, or distance learning with free high-speed internet. Walk right in, no elevators or shared spaces! Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and the convenience of a ground-floor condo with easy access to the beach and pool. Take the dune walkover to see the picturesque goldenrod and stunning blue Atlantic. We provide two beach chairs, beach towels, and a DVD library. There are both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig.
Please note that there are stairs leading to the beach, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. However, many parts of the island offer handicapped parking and areas where you can drive on the beach. One of these access points is just a short drive down the road. After shopping or sightseeing, relax on your private patio, surrounded by lush landscaping, perfect for enjoying a snack, sipping wine, or reading a good book. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, and the cozy living room features a pull-out sofa for extra guests. The spacious main suite includes a king-sized bed, HDTV, and access to a private patio. The bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave 

Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles, campers, boats and trailers are not permitted.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

The Ritz is a short walk away and offers fine dining, lounges, beautiful views, music, dancing, and a spa. Adventurous visitors can enjoy horseback riding on the beach, kayaking, scooter rentals, skydiving, and jet skis. At the same time, those looking to relax can explore river cruises, museums, Ft. Clinch State Park, or hunt for shells, search for sharks’ teeth, or read a good book from one of the island’s new or used bookstores. The island offers diverse dining options representing nearly every cuisine, along with popular activities like antiquing and strolling through the Victorian downtown, which is filled with boutiques, restaurants, and sweet treats. A boat trip to nearby Cumberland Island, known for its wild horses, is a popular river cruise. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
