Amazing Oceanfront Condo, Guest Favorite – Two Pools!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo – A beautifully appointed, two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor condo located on the south end of Amelia Island in the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. The resort features two pools and four Har Tru tennis courts. Many great golf courses are nearby, including one just a five-minute walk away. Why stay at the Ritz-Carlton when you can enjoy luxury in a spacious two-bedroom condo? The main bedroom has a King bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers twin beds. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. Our condo features a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. You’ll find standard and Keurig coffee makers. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the pool from their private balcony. For entertainment, HDTVs are available in all rooms with access to the NFL Network. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are provided, making it perfect for teleworking or distance learning. Enjoy a quiet dinner on the balcony overlooking the beach or explore some of the fantastic local restaurants. The beaches are beautiful, uncrowded, and dotted with picturesque dunes and sea oats. The sunrises are simply breathtaking!

There is easy access to the beach and the pool. We provide four beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. Please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach, which may be difficult for individuals with mobility issues. However, there are many places on the island with designated handicapped parking, as well as areas where you can drive on the beach.

Amelia Island features miles of biking and walking trails, top-rated restaurants, and charming shops, offering something for everyone. The Ritz is a short walk away and offers fine dining, lounges, beautiful views, music, dancing, and a spa. Adventurous visitors can enjoy horseback riding on the beach, kayaking, scooter rentals, skydiving, and jet skis. At the same time, those looking to relax can explore river cruises, museums, Ft. Clinch State Park, or hunt for shells, search for sharks’ teeth, or read a good book from one of the island’s new or used bookstores. The island offers diverse dining options representing nearly every cuisine, along with popular activities like antiquing and strolling through the Victorian downtown, which is filled with boutiques, restaurants, and sweet treats. A boat trip to nearby Cumberland Island, known for its wild horses, is a popular river cruise. IMPORTANT NOTES

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.

Parking - There are two parking spaces. Boats, trailers and RVs are not permitted.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

There are premiums for holidays, Spring Break, the car show, FL v GA and summer months.
