Atlantic Sunrise A&B - Listing for Entire Duplex

The beach is your backyard! Our home is a guest favorite, with many repeat bookings. This duplex is perfect for family vacations. There are TVs throughout and balconies with beautiful views! The first level on each side offers a bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, a dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The great room includes comfy couches and a large HDTV. Step outside to oceanfront decks and patios. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi. The big kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances large and small. Publix, Harris Teeter, Winn Dixie, and Walmart are nearby to get everything you need for delicious family meals. Upstairs there are sunny main suites on each side. The ensuite baths boast large walk-in showers and separate powder areas. The second floors also include private bedrooms that have two twin beds and private baths. Spacious, convenient, and beautifully appointed, located in a private oceanfront setting. There are two parking spaces on each side of the duplex. Oversize vehicles will not fit.

Located centrally just to the south of Sliders and Dairy Queen. Travel to the north and you'll be on Main Beach. Make a left and visit Ft. Clinch State Park. This Civil War-era fort is full of history in a beautiful state park. There are many top-rated restaurants, shops, mini-golf, movies, kayak rentals, horseback riding, river cruises, music, ice cream, and bike trails. We are happy to provide recommendations. Come and explore one of Florida's best island towns!

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of this policy.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
