Atlantic Sunrise A&B – Listing for Entire Duplex

The beach is your backyard! Located on South Fletcher, our home is a favorite among guests, leading to many repeat bookings. This duplex is perfect for family vacations. Each side of the duplex has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We recently completed a thorough refresh with new flooring, paint, furniture, housewares, linens, towels, and mattresses. Our home is now better than ever! There are TVs throughout and balconies with beautiful views. The first level on each side offers a bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, a dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The great room features comfy couches and a large HDTV. Step outside to oceanfront decks and patios. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi. The big kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. There are standard and Keurig coffee makers. Harris Teeter and Walmart nearby provide everything you need for delicious family meals. Upstairs, each side has a sunny main suite. The main baths boast large walk-in showers and separate powder areas. The second floors also include a private bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath.

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges are incurred; otherwise, the hold will be released 7 days after you leave.

Parking - There are two parking spaces on each side of the duplex for a total of 4 parking spaces. Oversized vehicles, boats, or trailers will not fit.

Communication - We use email to sign our rental agreement and send guest instructions. Please provide an email address that you can access and check regularly. We also use text messaging to send the door code and other communications if needed. Make sure to provide a mobile phone number you'll have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

Adventurous visitors can enjoy horseback riding on the beach, kayaking, scooter rentals, skydiving, and jet skis. At the same time, those looking to relax can explore river cruises, museums, Ft. Clinch State Park, or hunt for shells, search for sharks’ teeth, or read a good book from one of the island’s new or used bookstores. The island offers diverse dining options representing nearly every cuisine, along with popular activities like antiquing and strolling through the Victorian downtown, which is filled with boutiques, restaurants, and sweet treats. A boat trip to nearby Cumberland Island, known for its wild horses, is a popular river cruise. With theaters, concerts, spas, golf, fishing, pickleball, pétanque, and more, Amelia Island truly has something for everyone.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Premiums may apply for holidays, FL/GA weekend and the Amelia Car Show.
