Elegant Coastal Living with Cozy Southern Charm! Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club and just a 7-minute walk from the Ritz Carlton. Our home has been professionally decorated by a sought-after designer and is stunning. It's situated in a quiet spot on the 7th floor and is perfect for the whole family. There are three bedrooms, each with its own beautifully appointed bathroom. THERE ARE TWO MAIN BEDROOMS WITH KING-SIZED BEDS! The third bedroom has two full-size beds. The views are breathtaking, and the private balcony is the ideal way to start each day, with seating for six. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. Hi-speed WiFi makes it easy to read the news, stream a movie, check your email, or post a selfie enjoying the view. Our home is perfect for distance learning and teleworking.
There is easy access to the beach and the pool. However, please note that there are stairs en route to the beach, which might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Nonetheless, many spots on the island offer handicapped parking and areas where you can drive on the beach.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy a traditional cup of coffee or try a K-cup. Or blend up a smoothie with fruit from the Saturday farmer's market. There are Smart TVs, hair dryers, toiletries, beach chairs, and more. You will find all of the comforts of home!
IMPORTANT NOTES
Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.
Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.
OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.
Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.
Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.
Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit.
Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
