Steps to the Beach, Dog Friendly, Gated Pool

The Beachcomber II condo is situated in the heart of Jax Beach and features a private gated pool. It is conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shops, some of which are within walking distance. The condo has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. The breakfast table and island offer plenty of seating. There are two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, and two bathrooms, one with a soaker tub and the other with a full bath. However, it's important to note that the tub has no working jets and is not a Jacuzzi. The condo also offers high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, teleworking, and distance learning. There are smart TVs with soundbars in the living room and main bedroom. The condo is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator. There is a side balcony with an ocean view, and chairs are provided for relaxation. We also provide two beach chairs.

Additionally, there is a beautiful oceanfront park right next to the building. The beach, pool, and a variety of local restaurants are just a short walk away. Jacksonville Beach offers many attractions, such as museums, a golf club, and a fishing pier. There are a variety of annual events, including music festivals, marathons, and sporting events. Stay in the heart of Jax Beach and experience it all!

Jacksonville International Airport is just 45 minutes away. If you want to explore beyond Jax Beach, take a road trip to the Jacksonville Zoo, St. Augustine, or Amelia Island. Book your vacation today!

IMPORTANT NOTES

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage 

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.

Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles, campers, boats, and trailers are not permitted. One spot is immediately to your left and the other is in the garage to your right.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Premiums for holidays, Spring Break, FL v GA weekend, and golf tournaments. Rates subject to change without notice.
