Stunning, Oceanfront Resort Condo with expansive views and two private balconies. Coastal Wave has been managing vacation homes for over 15 years and we are so excited to introduce Sea Dunes located in the private, gated community of the Amelia Island Plantation. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this spacious two-bedroom condo. It is among the largest in the building and features balconies in both bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning! For those who prefer to sleep in, there are blackout curtains available. The kitchen has been expanded and is equipped for all your cooking needs. The spacious family room is quite comfortable and features a 65” Smart TV. Both bedrooms have a Smart TVs as well. There is also a full-size washer and dryer.

Located on the southern end of Amelia Island, Sea Dunes is just one mile away from the Omni resort and offers beautiful walking trails and pristine beaches perfect for outdoor adventures. Community amenities include a pool which is heated seasonally, tennis courts, and Pickleball. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for your convenience. We do not provide an Omni amenity card or golf packages. Guests do have access to the restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

Discover the vibrant offerings of Amelia Island, which include pristine beaches, top-rated restaurants, and eclectic shops. You can embark on outdoor adventures such as golfing, bicycling, kayaking, surfing, and fishing. Alternatively, you can explore local history at Fort Clinch State Park. You may also visit other nearby attractions such as the Jacksonville Zoo or historic St. Augustine. We would love to provide recommendations for shops, restaurants and activities. Please let us know your interests upon booking.

NOTES:
Guests are required to sign a lease with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be emailed and texted to you a week before you arrive provided you have signed the lease and you have made all payments.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

Guests must check in with the guard at the gate, give their name and the address, and they will receive 1-2 parking passes to place on their dash.

We use email and text messaging to communicate, sign our lease, and send you guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address and mobile number that you will have access to during your stay.

We recommend that all guests purchase trip insurance. There are many providers of this type of insurance, and some credit card companies offer it as well.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Premiums for holidays, the car show, and FL/GA weekend. Most summer months are weekly rentals. Two night stays may be available upon request.
