Watch the Sun Rise Over the Atlantic! – You will love this Summer Beach Resort. Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the gated Summer Beach Sailmaker community. Full kitchen with updated appliances and countertops.  Two-story, two-bedroom townhome that includes one King bedroom, a second bedroom with two twins, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Beautiful live oaks provide a canopy of shade as you drive toward the community. There are walking and biking trails all along the way. Once you arrive, take a peaceful walk on the beach, read a good book, or enjoy the warm waters of the Atlantic. Don’t feel like the beach? Sit and relax by the pool. Adventure seekers can go kayaking, sky diving, or horseback riding. Just a short drive to historic Fernandina and you can wander down Centre Street to explore a variety of wonderful shops and highly-rated restaurants. If you are a history buff, Ft. Clinch, on the north end of the island, is a must-see. It sits in a beautiful state park with amazing views, fishing, biking, and shelling. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

Damage Protection is included with this rental. Guests are responsible for charges exceeding the policy.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
